"Asolar is the first innovative patented solar oven to be made in Morocco, based on the technique of concentrating radiation in a focal point with a Fresnel lens, and using the principle of the greenhouse effect. Patented, our product is the result of several tests and years of research and development, since our first invention patent filed in collaboration with the Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech.
Passionate about protecting the environment and solar cooking, our goal is to get as many people as possible to adopt a new cooking method that is efficient, healthy, eco-friendly and smoke-free. We have chosen to focus on the most popular traditional dish in Morocco, and to develop a new concept that combines technology and culinary tradition while respecting the environment."- From the Asolar website
