Associazione Italiana Cucina Solare is a group of professionals and solar cooking enthusiasts in Italy, who have decided to spread their knowledge to all enthusiasts.

• The content on their website is in Italian except for the main page, which offers an English translation. As of 26 September 2024, organizers claim more pages and hopefully more translation options will be available.
