The Centro Cottura Solare CFV shares solar cooking experiences with self-built ovens. The goal is to show that you can cook with the sun almost as quickly as cooking in a conventional oven. He holds courses every two a month, a theoretical one where the basics of solar cooking are taught and a practical one where each student can make his own oven At the end of 2022, in 7 months, they had built 189 ovens.
