Dale Schuck is the creator and manufacturer of the Solar Flare box cooker. He is an avid solar cook and solar cooking advocate. He cooks 5 days a week typically using multiple cookers and has recently installed an evacuated tube type solar water heater to provide domestic hot water for his home.
