Khan's Solar Food Dryer
Khan's Solar Food Dryer was designed by Mr. Muhammed Yasin Khan, who lives in Chichawatni, Pakistan. He has been involved with several solar cooking related projects.
His solar food dryer uses a proven technique of stacked open trays, with the upper trays stepping back to allow for maximum light. Additional heat is gathered via a lower solar collector in front. The dryer is accessed from the rear through hinged doors and vented with electrical fans in front.
