Les Festins Photoniques is a new association promoting solar cooking created by local chefs from Aix Marseille Métropole, with culinary creativity increased tenfold by solar innovation made in France. It is an innovative concept for a new form of conviviality to develop within the metropolis, with the transmission of positive values and the sharing of local gastronomy reinvented thanks to solar energy.
