The Lightoven II
The Lightoven II is a further development of the Lightoven I, designed by Hartmut Ehmler. His goal has been to create compact, easy to transport, yet powerful solar cookers. The Lightoven II comes with a cylindrical polycarbonate cooking enclosure sleeve that has room for two stacked cookpots, which unfolds for transport. The designer states that the reflector can be adjusted to suit cooking at different latitudes and times of the day.
A set of high quality pots, back-up spirit stove, and carrying bag are typically included with the solar cooker package.
