Microbrasserie Hélie is located in Dampierre-les-Bois (near Montbéliard), a small village in France. The brewery uses a solar thermal Lytefire 4 array design licensed by Litefire Solar Tech. Founder, Romain Zamboni, constructed the system himself. By becoming an Innovator with a Lytefire micro-license, he was able to adapt the tech to suit his needs. The system also uses thermal (and non-photovoltaic) panels to ensure maximum direct solar throughout its cooking cycle. The company is using natural ingredients, and prioritizes environmental protection with its production methods.
