PRISMA 6 is patented indirectly heated solar-powered dryer capable of drying products using the heat of the sun without exposing them directly to the sun’s rays. Furthermore, thanks to a particular innovative energy storage solution, the system is able to use the heat of the sun and continue the drying process even during the night.
PRISMA is optimized for use throughout the year. It should be kept in a place well reached by solar radiation and it is not necessary to move it from its position during the day. The machine must be connected to the mains using the power cable supplied. In the presence of the sun, the electricity consumption is due to the operation of the fan only. The machine is equipped with a suction filter which can easily be cleaned and/or replaced. In the event of a prolonged absence of solar radiation, the system automatically activates an auxiliary heater so as to be able to complete the started drying process, leaving the product comfortably inside the machine.
