Based in Islamabad, Pakistan, the mission of the Pakistan Renewable Energy Society is to encourage the use of renewable/alternative energy everywhere in the country, through appropriate technology, scientific excellence, social responsibility and global communication.

While encompassing a broad approach to various renewable energy approaches, PRES also has information on solar cooking technology, which may be a useful resource for others involved with solar cooking programs within the country.
