Yellowfin Tuna and Crab Legs
This recipe is probably best cooked in concentrating parabolic cooker. However, fish can cook easily in a solar oven with reflectors. Allow the oven to preheat to about 110 degrees Centigrade. Wrap the fish in foil and fold the ends of the foil up. Place the fish on the dark surface of the oven and cook for about an hour. If your oven can reach a higher temperature, the fish will cook faster. Now for one of the greatest tasting food on the planet. Crab legs has to be one of my favorite things to eat. If you don't have time to cook, but want to make something special, this is the recipe for you. All you need is: 1. 1/2 pound of crab legs per person (average) 2. One pineapple for decorative effect (optional) 3. One bunch of Kale for decorative effect (optional) 4. 1/2 fresh lemon per person (optional) 5. 2 oz. of butter per person
