Sonnenenergie für Westafrika (SEWA) (Solar Energy for Western Africa) is a German non-profit association which has used solar technology to improve the living conditions in Western Africa. In cooperation with their partners in Germany and Burkina Faso, Sonnenenergie für Westafrika work focused on developing and enhancing solar devices, educating people, and providing schools and health centers with electricity using solar energy.
Sonnenenergie für Westafrika welcomes inquires about their past solar cooking projects.

- Dec 2015: Now available online: this year's Christmas newsletter including an interview with SEWA Associate Solange, a round of introductions with the trainees and of course the latest news from the projects in Burkina Faso here! (in German)
- November 2007: Solar Energy for Western Africa trained 25 members of the RIMTEREB-SOM women's group in the use of the Papillon solar cooker.
