Surian dos Santos is a Permacultor, teacher, and researcher in appropriate technologies, with particular interest in solar cooking working in southern Brazil in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
He usually offers training courses for low-cost solar ovens.
He also builds Bicycle Machines (Bicimáquinas) as another appropriate technology for a low-energy future
