Global Dimining was first measured in Isreal during the air traffic standdown
after 9-11-2001.
The lack of exhaust from Jet Aircraft allowed many Scientests to measure Global Diming.
The use of water evaperation is the way the measurements are done, usally in a circular
pan that measures between 36" us and 1 meter.
