Tom Sponheim, who lives in Seattle, Washington, is the founder of this Wiki. Tom has been involved with solar cooking since 1988. He is the author of Flex Thinking - A Step-by-Step Guide to Thinking Outside of the Box, and was also the editor of Solar Box Journal.
Tom is the co-inventor of the Collapsible Solar Box Cooker and the Easy Lid Cooker.
In December 2020, Tom joined the staff of Solar Household Energy.
