TrinySol, bajo la dirección de Gregor Schäpers, ha construido e instalado la primera cocina solar a finalidad comercial de toda la República Mexicana, en el pueblo de San Andrés, estado de Hidalgo. Seis parábolas solares Scheffler Community Kitchen 10 m2 cada una concentran los rayos del sol y el calor se utiliza principalmente para la producción de miel de agave pero tambien para cocinar verduras etc.
